Summary
This month of May is a month when we celebrate the great Feast of Pentecost, also known as the Birthday of the Church. It is when the Holy Spirit descended upon the Apostles on the fiftieth day after the Resurrection of Christ, a day when Jesus fulfilled his promise of sending the Advocate, the Holy Spirit. This event brought into existence the Church of Christ and gave rise to the Christian faith on earth.
